Welcome to GMC Review Opt-In Connector ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using this Shopify app ("App"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Use of Service

The App allows Shopify merchants to integrate Google Merchant Center's Review Opt-In Survey on their checkout thank-you page. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Shopify's Partner Program and API Terms.

Installation and Permissions

When you install the App, you grant us permission to access limited store data required to operate (e.g., shop details, order information, and email fields used to trigger the Google Review Survey).

Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• •Providing accurate information for the survey (Merchant ID, delivery timelines, etc.).

Intellectual Property

All code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of GMC Review Opt-In Connector. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App's source code without written consent.

Liability Disclaimer

We provide this App "as is," without any warranties. We are not liable for:

• •Errors caused by incorrect Merchant Center configuration or external scripts.
• •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to App use.

Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
